On October 10th, 2024, Widows Life Line, a dedicated non-governmental organization, organized an impactful walk to create Mental Health Awareness. Led by the esteemed Prof. (Mrs) Uche Azikiwe, the event garnered significant support from the public and enthusiastic students. Participants marched through the city streets, holding banners and sharing messages of hope and understanding. The significance of the event lies in its mission to break the silence and stigma surrounding mental health issues. By bringing together diverse members of the community, the walk aimed to educate the public, encourage open conversations, and advocate for better support and resources for those struggling with mental health challenges. This collective effort highlighted the importance of mental well-being and underscored the need for a more compassionate and informed society.
